Phaedra has over 25 years of accounting experience and is an integral part of MOD Ventures. During her 8 years with our team, she has mastered several positions: administrative, tax and general ledger accountant, and Cloud Applications Specialist. In 2019 Phaedra was promoted to  Client Accounting Services Director.

Phaedra has a true teacher’s heart and brings a unique perspective on accounting.  She guides business owners with the basics of accounting and the issues they encounter.   She excels at project management, helping clients to build policies and procedures for their businesses and implementing Cloud Applications as automation solutions. 

As education and learning is a key strength of Phaedra’s she develops many policies and procedures for our firm.  She manages all our staff training and ensures high standards.
