How the Referral Program Works
When someone you refer signs on as a client and stays in good standing for 6 months, we’ll issue a credit to your account in month 7, based on their annual billing:
It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us grow with amazing, like-minded clients.
- $250 Credit — if their annual billing is between $12,000–$49,999
- $500 Credit — if their annual billing is $50,000+
- Credits are automatically applied to your invoice, no paperwork or hassle on your end.
- We’ll keep you updated throughout the onboarding process of your referral.
- The more you refer, the more you earn; there’s no cap on rewards.

How to Refer
Referring is easy! You can:
- Send a warm intro email connecting us
- Tell your referral to mention your name on our contact form
- Or just send us their name and email directly, we’ll take it from there
- Want help crafting the perfect intro? We’re happy to provide a sample message.
- Your referral doesn’t need to sign a contract right away, we’ll guide them through the discovery process first.
- Every referral you make brings more like-minded leaders into the MOD Ventures network.
Program Details
- Referral must be a new client (not previously under contract)
- The referred client must remain active and in good standing for at least 6 months
- Credits will be applied in the 7th month to the referring client's invoice
- No limits. Refer as many people as you like!
- Credits are non-transferable and apply only to active client accounts
- You’ll receive a confirmation when your referral becomes an official client.
- Credits are applied toward any active service we provide, customized to fit your account.
- Think of it as investing in your business community, with rewards to match.
